We’re supposed to climb a mountain, but there’s a rainstorm? I’ll find a STUNNING forest nearby for you two to say your vows. Is there a wildfire in the park you were supposed to get married in? I’ve already got 2 incredible nearby options in my back pocket. Whatever Mother Nature throws at us, we’ll be ready.

I know exactly what you’re thinking. I’m here to assure you that this will not be an 8-10 hour long photoshoot. That is the last thing I want for you. I’m an introvert myself & know just how awful that sounds. This is about documenting your wedding day. I’m here to tell the story of this incredibly special day for you to look back on for years to come. I’m all about candid & not fitting you into a specific mold.

100% yes. I will help you research who to contact to figure out if your elopement location requires you to get a “special use” permit in order to have your ceremony there.

You bet. You’ll get access to my list of preferred vendors in the area & I will work with you every step of the way to curate a timeline that results in a great elopement day experience.

The answer is—it depends! I am an ordained officiant & can legally sign on your marriage certificate in most U.S. states. Certain states may require additional paperwork and/or processing fees but I’m happy to help! Some states like Colorado allow you to self-solemnize, so you would not need an officiant. However, if you would like an actual celebrant to verbally walk you through a ceremony, I know some great people who can do that for you.

Adventure does not equal hiking. There are so many incredible areas with breathtaking scenery just steps from an area that you can get to by car. Some of my couples love hiking, others not so much. Whatever it be, there so many ways to make it happen. You can embrace the mess, pairing your wedding dress with your hiking boots, and letting the train get dirty. Or we can pack your attire & I’ll help you get changed just before saying your vows.

First, everyone is photogenic. Trust me when I tell you I hear this from every. single. couple. This is my job & I will guarantee you have amazing photos of such a special day. None of this is about how comfortable you initially feel in front of a camera and everything to do with capturing the connection you and your partner already have.
